We wanted a wing sauce that was not only spicy, but also sweet. So we took habaneros and infused them with mangos for the best of both worlds.
Ingredients: Habanero Pepper Sauce (Aged red peppers, carrots, onion, distilled vinegar, garlic, lime juice, salt, xanthan gum), honey, sugar, mango flavoring, butter flavoring, xanthan gum.

My favorite sauce at Pepper Palace is the Mango Habanero by Wing Master.

It's more spicy than sweet but it's not unbareably hot.
I really like the background tang from the Mango. It's almost a Spicy/Sweet/Sour flavour.
